One of the most beautiful cities in the Baltic
Even though it is the most populous city in Lithuania and one of the most beautiful of the Baltic, this cosmopolitan city is little known for the rest of Europe. With a particularly strong culture in the fields of theater, ballet and music, Vilnius consists of narrow streets with curves and intimate courtyards that take us to its many churches and palaces in the Old Town (the largest in the east of Europe and World Heritage by UNESCO in 1994).
The architecture of this city is marked by its medieval past and its baroque center, but every lover of architecture will easily find other architectural styles in the city, starting with the town hall and the cathedral, two neoclassical constructions. The city also has examples of contemporary architecture by architectural firms such as Audius Ambrasas Architects (with its Villa G and the Center for Arts and Education RUPERT) or Paleko Arch Studija with the National Open Information Center and access to academic communication and development Residencial Rasu Namai.
