Project Description

Capital, art and public space

Madrid, the capital of Spain, is a cosmopolitan city that breathes art. Being one of the largest metropolitan areas in Europe, it is an influential cultural center. The city offers a wide range of museums and cultural institutions of international prestige, among which we highlight the Prado Museum, the Thyssen Museum and the Reina Sofía Museum.

The architecture of Madrid is very varied. The city has an extensive repertoire of historical architecture that coexists harmoniously with modern skyscrapers and contemporary works of last generation, revealing different phases of its evolution and history. This variety means that Madrid is among the first destinations for those interested in architectural ensembles and art.

Choose from one of our tours in Madrid or request that one of our architects prepare a customized itinerary. All our guides are professional architects, who will be happy to prepare your tailor made itinerary. From Artchitectours we can organize your private tour to Madrid, study trip or incentive trip as well.

Comments from our clients

Will you bring our warm thanks to Concha.
We spend two days with her, seeing very interesting projects, discussing the difference between DK & Spain.
Both days were guided days, and very well planned.
Also thanks for the recommendation of “Salvador”. Very good restaurant with traditional food and cosy rooms.
Best regards.

Hi Marta,

Thanks. I am just reading the evaluation forms of the study visit trip to Madrid we received from students so far and everyone has actually given a very good score to the Madrid Rio guided tour activity, so this was definitely very useful for our students.

Next year, we will normally organize our last study visit to Madrid as our curriculum is changing. However, the guided tour of Madrid Rio Park will definitely still be scheduled next year. Perhaps we can try a tour by bicycle next year as some students mentioned this would be a good idea as it is a safe area to cycle (some students are not very familiar with cycling and were afraid to do so in the city centre of Madrid).

Dear Fernanda,

Thank you again for the organisation!  Natalie was/is amazing!!!  We can only highly recommend her for future tours.

We had an intense but amazing time!

I left the headphones at the reception as agreed on. We did unfortunately loose one part of one headphone set. Just send us the receipt and we will pay for the loss. Apologies!

Thanks again and hear from you soon!

Warm regards from Madrid.
