Apart from being the country of Mozart, Einstein, Freud and many other people who marked history in their respective disciplines, Austria also stands out for its architecture. The diverse landscape of Austrian architecture consists of spectacular imperial buildings, jewels of modernism and masterpieces of contemporary architecture. All this in a small country but with a capital with an imperial past like Vienna where some of the most important artistic and architectural movements such as the Sezessionsstil were born and where great examples of baroque and neoclassical architecture can be seen, and which today gather authentic jewels of the contemporary architecture.
