The last 6th of may the Japan House opened in São Paulo; the first of three architectural works of a global project which has the objective to commemorate the best of the japanese culture (from its architecture and fashion to its food). The project represents the culture mixing art, technology and business. The opening was leaded by the actual acting president Muchel Temer and the vice minister of Japan, Taro Aso. The people of São Paulo received the work of kengo Kuma with a great enthusiasm and excitement.

The project is formed by three buildings: one in São Paulo (which has been the first one in open its doors), another one in London and the last one in Los Angeles. The las two have scheduled their opening in the end of this year. In the case of London, a Sake Bar is also going to open in july in the Great Court of the British Museum.
